Metaverse See's my games with "cheats enabled"

I am using Beta4.15 and playing as (default) humans at beginner level on a large map with 6 opponents set for random intellegence and random races. I have NEVER enabled cheats on this program. I have won 2 influence victories with a neutral alignment each time. The first time I did set the research rate to FAST, but I did not do this the second time.

Any help would be appreciated.

As a matter of fact, yes it does. My version is showing the Terrans with a negative (like too many abilities) skills total. I thought I had read a while back that Brad had re-adjusted all the races to 'better balance' them.

Hmmm..

Maybe I'll just delete my character for now and wait for 1.1..
